📌 因畢業典禮場地與時間限制，名額有限，採「線上報名電腦抽選制」與「現場報名」。

🎓 什麼是撥穗？

「撥穗」是畢業典禮中象徵完成學業的重要儀式，由師長將學士帽上的帽穗從右側撥至左側，代表正式畢業。本校將由校長親自為畢業生撥穗，留下難忘回憶✨

📅 畢業典禮後撥穗活動資訊：

✧ 撥穗時間：畢業典禮115年6月6日（六）「 典禮禮成」後進行

✧ 線上報名期間：即日起至5月24日止，5月25日進行電腦抽選

✧ 現場報名期間：畢業典禮115年6月6日（六）約11：20後開放現場報名

🔹 本次共提供：

1.     200名線上抽選名額

2.     約50名當日現場名額（另計，不含於200名內）

📌 線上登記

•    請於5月24日前填寫本表單完成登記（⚠️完成登記不代表已取得資格），須經電腦抽選，中選者始具撥穗資格。

•    中選者將以Email通知，未中選者不另行通知，通知最晚將於5月29日前寄送，並將發送撥穗「唱名名條」至各系所，請於活動日前自行至系所領取，並於活動當日攜帶作為身分識別使用。

👉 線上抽選名額分配方式（共200名）：

•    各學院保障名額：每院10名

•    紫荊不分系：2名

•    其餘128名：隨機抽選

📌 當日現場報名

•    畢業典禮當天開放50位名額，於11：20後開放登記。

•    採現場排隊登記，額滿為止。

📌 撥穗流程說明

•    典禮後撥穗於典禮「禮成後」進行。

•    撥穗順序以線上抽選中選者優先，並由現場工作人員依活動進行情形適時安排當日現場報名者加入撥穗流程，以維持整體流程順暢。

•    線上中選者，依當日排隊順序撥穗，先到者先接受撥穗，請於典禮禮成後儘速至面對舞台右手邊的典禮後撥穗隊伍排隊集合，並出示撥穗「唱名名條」。
⚠️ 因時間有限，每位畢業生僅能與校長合照一張，請事先安排親友協助拍照。

•    未中選者不另行通知

•    若中選者當日未出席，將視同放棄資格

Dear Graduating Students,

As the commencement ceremony approaches, you are warmly invited to register for the Post-Ceremony Tassel-Turning Ceremony, where the University President will personally turn your tassel to mark the completion of your academic journey ✨

📌 Due to venue and time limitations, participation is limited. Registration will be conducted through a computerized lottery for online applicants and on-site registration.

🎓 What is Tassel-Turning?

The tassel-turning ceremony is a symbolic tradition in commencement, where the tassel on the graduation cap is moved from the right side to the left, signifying the official completion of one’s studies. At our university, the President will personally perform this meaningful gesture, creating a memorable milestone for graduates ✨

📅 Post-Ceremony Tassel-Turning Event Information:

✧ Tassel-Turning Time: After the commencement ceremony concludes on June 6, 2026 (Saturday)

✧ Online Registration Period: From now until May 24
Computerized lottery will be conducted on May 25

✧ On-site Registration: Opens on June 6, 2026 (Saturday) at approximately 11:20 AM

📝 Quota

🔹 A total of:

200 spots via online lottery
Approximately 50 on-site spots (separate from the 200 online spots)

📌 Online Registration

• Please complete this form by May 24 to register
(⚠️ Submission does not guarantee participation; selection is determined by lottery)

• Selected participants will be notified via email.
Unsuccessful applicants will not receive separate notifications.
Emails will be sent no later than May 29.

• A name slip for announcement will be sent to each department.
Please collect it from your department before the event and bring it on the day for identification.

👉 Allocation of 200 online lottery spots:

• Guaranteed quota: 10 per college
• Interdisciplinary Program (Zijing): 2 spots
• Remaining 128 spots: randomly selected

📌 On-site Registration

• 50 additional spots will be available on the day of commencement, starting around 11:20 AM

• Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis

📌 Tassel-Turning Procedure

• The ceremony will begin after the official conclusion of the commencement.

• Online lottery winners will be prioritized. On-site registrants will be arranged by staff based on the flow of the event.

• Online winners will participate in order of arrival.
Please proceed promptly after the ceremony to the right-hand side of the stage and line up.
Bring your name slip for identification.

⚠️ Due to time constraints, each graduate may take only one photo with the President. Please arrange for  friend or family member to assist with photography in advance.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Please provide a valid email address to receive notifications
(Notifications will be sent by May 29)

• No separate notice will be sent to unsuccessful applicants

• Selected participants who do not attend will be considered to have forfeited their spot

• No waiting list will be provided for the online lottery
