1. Objective
The program selects outstanding university graduates to gain professional experience in English-speaking countries, combining academic study with professional practice to enhance their competitiveness and develop them into future leaders of EY Taiwan.

2. Eligibility and Number of Awards
The program is open only to graduating students and recent graduates without full-time work experience who are applying to master's degree programs at business schools in English-speaking countries. The number of awards will be announced separately by EY Taiwan. (Since 2008, more than 100 students have received the scholarship.)

3. Period of Study
The period of study is governed by the regulations of each university. Once awarded the scholarship, recipients must earn their master's degree within the period of study stipulated by their university.

4. Award Amount and Payment
➢ Award amount: NT$1.8 million per recipient.
➢ Financing: Recipients may finance their studies through the Ministry of Education's Preferential Study-Abroad Loan Program, the Taipei City Government's Interest-Free Study-Abroad Loan Program, or other bank loan programs available to them according to their individual circumstances.
➢ Payment method: After the recipient joins EY Taiwan's financial statement audit practice, EY Taiwan will, throughout the six-year term of the employment contract, pay each month, in addition to the regular monthly salary, an amount covering the principal and interest of the student loan, amortized evenly over six years.

5. Career Development Plan
Upon completing their studies, recipients shall put their learning into practice and fulfill their obligations under the terms of the employment contract, building their future together with EY Taiwan in accordance with its career development plan. Recipients who are required to complete military service may join EY Taiwan after completing their service.
